Here are our Terms & Conditions and they settle the relationship between each customer and us on our website, bonnyjoy.com. They apply for each order placed on our website, which operates as an e-shop – platform for online trade in goods for children. Please read our Terms & Conditions carefully and make sure you understand them because when placing an order you enter into an agreement with us and accept the terms and conditions. If you have any doubts or questions, you are welcome to contact us at hello@bonnyjoy.com

We may revise and modify the Terms & Conditions but those changes will not apply to orders that have already been made unless we are obliged by the law.

Any reference to “you” or “your” means you as a customer of the website bonnyjoy.com, any reference to “we”, “us” or “our” means the whole team that is part of bonnyjoy.com or the platform itself.

PLACING AN ORDER & PAYMENT

  1. You must be at least 18 years old to purchase goods on bonnyjoy.com and possess a valid payment card that is accepted by us. If you are under the age of 18, you must have a legal basis for entering into a contract with us.
  2. To place your order, please select the products and quantities you wish to purchase and add them to the shopping cart. You could review your order and make changes if needed. Then you need to confirm the order, agree with the terms and conditions and proceed to the payment.
  3. The payment could be made by a valid credit/debit card. We accept consumer cards issued by VISA, Mastercard and all cards issued by American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Maestro, Cartes Bancaires, UnionPay.
  4. You will be required to provide payment details that are valid and correct and you confirm that you are the person referred to in the provided billing information.
  5. Our payment processing provider guarantees the confidentiality and authenticity of the cardholder and prevents unauthorized third parties from obtaining your data.
  6. Bonnyjoy.com cannot be held responsible for any currency changes or currency exchange rates any bank may have when exchanging the currency we offer.
    Shortly after you have placed an order, you are going to receive an email confirmation. If you do not find the email in your inbox, please check your spam folder. If you still cannot find it, you could reach us at store@bonnyjoy.com.
  7. If an error occurs in the payment process with your credit card, you will receive an email to inform you. In this case, the payment will not be processed and your order will be put on hold.
  8. Once we have confirmed your order with an email, you could not make any changes to the order. If you would like to cancel an order, make a change in an existing order or notify us about a mistake in the information you have given us (email, name, address) or a mistake in the order (ex. wrong size), please contact us as soon as possible at store@bonnyjoy.com. Your responsibility is to inform us about the mistake that you have made while placing the order.Please be reminded that the delivery of your order will be made to the address placed in your order. Unfortunately, we are unable to change a delivery address once the order has been dispatched.
  1. If for any reason, it was impossible to send the products included in the order you have made, we will contact you and bonnyjoy.com will proceed to refund the amount you have paid for the unavailable product.

 

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  1. We work from Monday to Friday (7 am – 4 pm CET). We need 2 – 5 business days to dispatch your order. Please be reminded that in the peak periods shipping your order may take a little longer. If we have a problem and could not ship your order on time, we will contact you by email and you will be given an option to cancel the order. We will refund the order amount as quickly as possible in period of 14 days.
  2. After we dispatch your order, you will receive shipping confirmation on your email. If you do not find the email in your inbox, please check your spam folder. If you still cannot find it, you could reach us at store@bonnyjoy.com. The delivery time of an order is 1-7 days from the day you receive your shipping confirmation. If there is a delivery delay due to customs clearance or due to the courier, bonnyjoy.com could not be held liable.
  3. Bonnyjoy.com will not be held liable for any non-compliance or delay on the grounds of force majeure, understanding force majeure to mean any act, event, omission or accident which is beyond our reasonable control.
  4. If the parcel is damaged when it arrives, please contact us within 24 hours and we will contact the courier company.
  5. Shipping fee is shown at the checkout before the payment. Shipping fees vary across different countries.
  6. In case you refuse to receive the order or you are not available at the given address, the parcel is sent back to us and you will cover the shipping costs in both directions. We will refund the sum after all the shipping costs and any additional fees if they apply that we have been charged for, are deducted from the amount you have paid for the order.
  7. Bonnyjoy.com reserves the right to collect or withhold any sum due for compensation of damages which it has undergone because of the impossibility of delivering the goods.

 

RETURNS

  1. You have the right to return your purchase in a 14-day period after you have received the parcel. You could try the item on and if it is a wrong size or you do not like it any more, you could return it. In order to return the items, they have to be unused, with no damages, with the hang tags attached. Returned items that have stains, have been washed, worn, altered or damaged will not be accepted and a refund will be refused. For this reason, we ask you to take care of the product until the return.
  2. If you would like to return an item, please send us an email to store@bonnyjoy.com with your order number and the reference number (SKU) of the item you wish to return. You could check your order number in the order confirmation email that we have sent you. The reference number (SKU) is placed in the items list of your order in the confirmation email. The costs for returning the items are at your expense.
  3. Returns that we receive without a prior email and those that we could not identify which order they are part of, are not eligible for a refund.
  4. If you want to exchange an item for another size, colour or style, please return the item(s) you do not want and place a new order. The return costs will be at your expense.
  5. We refund the amount due no later than 14 days after we have received the returned items. Please, contact us, if you have not received the amount, so we could check if there is something wrong.

 

ITEM(S) WITH A DEFECT OR A WRONG ITEM(S)

  1. In case, we have sent an item with a defect or a wrong item, please send us an email as soon as possible, preferably not later than 14 days after you have received the order. Please include in the email the order number and describe what is wrong with the order received.
  2. In case that an item has a defect during the warranty period of 14 working days from receipt of the package, please contact us at store@bonnyjoy.com, so that we can manage the incident as soon as possible.
  3. You are not responsible for costs associated with the return of an item with a defect or a wrong item. We will refund the purchase price and the delivery costs once we have received the goods.

  1. We ensure that your personal data is processed in accordance with the applicable laws, the requirements of the Bulgarian legislation and the General Data Protection Regulation. The protection of your Personal Data is important and we wish to explain how we use and process your Personal Data.
  2. We collect your name, address, phone number and e-mail when you shop on bonnyjoy.com, and your e-mail address, when you sign up for our newsletter. We use and process your personal data in the order to facilitate your purchase, to ship your order, to send you information about your order or to send you a newsletter. You are free to unsubscribe from our newsletter at any given time.
  3. We use cookies to offer you better experience on bonnyjoy.com and keep track of your preferences. Cookies are small pieces of data sent from bonnyjoy.com and stored on your computer by your web browser while you are online and browsing bonnyjoy.com. This data might also be used for statistics about the use of the website. This data is anonymous and does not refer to you as an individual.
