RETURNS

You have the right to return your purchase in a 14-day period after you have received the parcel. You could try the item on and if it is a wrong size or you do not like it any more, you could return it. In order to return the items, they have to be unused, with no damages, with the hang tags attached. Returned items that have stains, have been washed, worn, altered or damaged will not be accepted and a refund will be refused. For this reason, we ask you to take care of the product until the return.

If you would like to return an item, please send us an email to store@bonnyjoy.com with your order number and the reference number (SKU) of the item you wish to return. You could check your order number in the order confirmation email that we have sent you. The reference number (SKU) is placed in the items list of your order in the confirmation email. The costs for returning the items are at your expense.

Returns that we receive without a prior email and those that we could not identify which order they are part of, are not eligible for a refund.

If you do not collect your parcel from the courier and they transfer it back to us, the shipping and delivery costs are at your expense and we will refund the order amount minus the shipping costs in both directions.

 

EXCHANGES

If you want to exchange an item for another size, colour or style, please return the item(s) you do not want and place a new order. The return costs will be at your expense.

 

REFUND

We will refund the amount no later than 14 days after we have received the returned items. Please, contact us, if you have not received the amount, so we could check if there is something wrong.

 

OUR MISTAKES
Item(s) with a defect or a wrong item(s)

We are people and we make mistakes. In case, we have sent an item with a defect or a wrong item, please send us an email as soon as possible, preferably not later than 14 days after you have received the order. Please include in the email the order number and describe what is wrong with the order received.

We remind you that you are not responsible for costs associated with the return of an item with a defect or a wrong item. We will refund the purchase price and the delivery costs once we have received the goods.

We could offer the following options to resolve this issue:
– Return the items and receive a full refund of the purchase price and all delivery costs when we receive the returned items.
– Return the wrong items and receive the correct ones. We will cover all the shipping costs of the returned wrong items and the new ones when sent to you.
– Keep the items and request a proportionate reduction of the purchase price.
